Darel called and emailed me a detailed estimate within 24 hours which included realistic (and reasonable) estimates of costs and time to complete the project. I knew right away (even before receiving the estimate) that I wanted Darel to complete the work. Prior to Darel’s visit, I had received two other estimates for the exact same work/project. Those other estimates would have cost a lot more money and resulted in only a portion of the repair work being competed. So Darel actually helped me save money, time and future headaches….. I am very picky and distrustful of most contractors, but Darel is trustworthy and honest He is also organized, polite, and personable. I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any and all repairs. He is the only person I will ever use again.
